This Schedule together with the Terms and Conditions constitute the terms of entry for this Promotion. Please read the Terms and Conditions attached to this Schedule. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 

1. Promoter:

• Bodyscience International Pty Ltd (ABN: 69 101 197 835), [4/24-30 Dover Drive, Burleigh Heads], Australia.  

2. Eligibility:

• This is open to Australian residents aged 18+ only. BSc Supplements employees and their immediate families are not eligible.
  Participants must have a public Instagram account and follow @bscsupplements.  

3. Giveaway Period:

• The giveaway runs for 10 days, starting from 4:00pm AEST Wednesday 5th February 2025 and ending on 15th February 2025 at 4:00pm AEST. Entries submitted outside this period will not be valid.  

4. How to Enter:  

• Purchase one BSc Energy can from any 7/11 store nationwide.
• Take a photo outside the store with the can. 
• Post the photo on Instagram Stories, tagging @bscsupplements. 
• Retain proof of purchase receipt from 7/11 that matches the date and time of your Instagram Story. Proof of purchase will be required
  before prize eligibility.
• Each valid entry is eligible for that day's draw. Multiple entries are allowed but require a new purchase each day.  

5. Prize Details:  

• A $1,000 AUD cash prize will be awarded daily for 10 days, totalling $10,000 AUD. 
• Prizes are non-transferable and will be paid via bank transfer or PayPal within 72 hours.

6. Winner Selection and Announcement:  

• Winners will be randomly selected each day.
• Daily winners will be notified via direct message from @bscsupplements and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize.  
• If a winner fails to respond within the timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and re-drawn.

7. General Conditions:  

• This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or 7/11.  
• By entering, participants agree to Instagram’s terms and release Instagram from any liability.  
• BSc Supplements reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete, fraudulent, or non-compliant entries  
• BSc Supplements may use winners’ Instagram handles and images for promotional purposes.  

8. Privacy:

• The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. Entrants’ personal information will be collected, used and disclosed as set out in these Terms & Conditions as well as that in the BSc Supplements Privacy Policy https://bscsupplements.com/policies/privacy-policy

9. Liability: BSc Supplements is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in this giveaway or acceptance of any prize.
