At Spoke to a Bloke Incorporated, we are dedicated to improving men’s mental wellness by fostering community connection and building resilience. Through initiatives like Walk for a Bloke, we generate crucial funds for mental health projects that support blokes in our community.
Walk for a Bloke isn’t just another fundraiser—it's a powerful platform for men to walk 25 km together, raising both awareness and funds for men’s mental health. This event acts as a form of preventative care, encouraging physical activity while creating opportunities for mateship and a safe space where blokes can openly share, listen, and support each other. The walk is as much about connection and building resilience as it is about the distance covered.

- 2,000+ walkers across Australia, the UK & Zurich
- $350,000+ raised nationally
- $40,000+ raised by the Gold Coast walk alone
- Product support from BSc across Brisbane, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney & the Gold Coast
- Funds go toward mental health training, support programs like the 121 Project, and new initiatives like MINDS, all helping blokes feel safe to speak up.

BSc is proud to get behind Red Faces — a fun-filled talent night with a purpose. All proceeds from the event go to GROW SA, a community-based organisation supporting people living with severe mental illness, along with their families and the broader community.
Red Faces brings together entertainment and impact, helping GROW SA reach one of its core goals:
“to reach people we haven’t reached before.”
It’s a night to show up, give back, and have a whole lot of fun while supporting mental health in our community.
MOB 24-Hour Charity Paddle
BSc was honoured to be a major sponsor for three consecutive years of the Capri on Via Roma 24-Hour Paddle. Our support helped raise essential funds for the MOB HQ construction and contributed to empowering at-risk youth on the Gold Coast.
The MOB 24-Hour Paddle became a key community event, bringing together local residents, businesses, and supporters to paddle non-stop for 24 hours, all with the shared goal of creating a brighter future for young people in need.
Funds raised during the event went toward the creation of MOB Academy, a facility designed to support 450 young men in Year 7-12. Located at 7-9 Nerang Street, Southport, the 5,000m² Academy includes 6-8 purpose-built levels to foster growth, education, and empowerment.
The academy represents not only a safe space for these young men but also a long-term solution to the challenges faced by the youth justice system. It currently costs the government $680,000 per year to support one boy in the system. By saving just 10 boys each year, MOB HQ is projected to save the government an incredible $68 million over the next decade.
We are incredibly proud of the impact our partnership with this transformative initiative has had, and we look forward to continuing to support the mission of MOB Academy in the years ahead.

The Trinity Throwdown is a functional fitness festival, where teams of four (male and female) will compete head-to-head across four intense events. As a leading sponsor of this high-energy event, we’re powering a day filled with
