Clean Coffee Protein ‘Cheesecake’

‘Cheesecake’ topping:
100g low fat ricotta
1 tsp stevia sweetener
10g Body Science Lean 5 vanilla protein powder
1/2 sachet Body Science Clean Coffee
Base:
30g oats, blended to a powder
10g runny cashew or almond butter
1 tsp stevia sweetener
Method:
For the topping, in a small bowl, mix the soft cream cheese, protein powder, coffee and stevia.
Empty the cheesecake mix into a zip lock sandwich bag and cut a small nick of the corner to make a piping bag.
To make the base, in a small bowl, mix the oats, stevia and nut butter together to make a crumb.
Press the base into two small jars. Pipe half of the cheesecake mix into each jar. Top with the sliced banana.
Keep refrigerated.
