Protein Banana Bread
Ingredients:
2 Scoops Vanilla BSc Clean Vegan Protein
1 Cup Self Raising Flour
1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
2 Ripe Medium Bananas
1/4 Cup Almond Milk or Coconut
1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
2 Eggs
1 Tsp Baking Powder
Salted Caramel and Nutella Protein Balls
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Oats
3 Scoops Salted Caramel BSc Clean Vegan Protein
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
3 Tbsp Nutella
1/4 Cup Almonds
Water as needed
Protein Banana Bread
Method:
1. To make the loaf of protein banana bread, begin by preheating your oven to 180°C.
2. Combine the bananas, honey, peanut butter, eggs and cinnamon through a processor. Blend until a smooth, creamy consistency is formed. Add the remaining dry ingredients to the blender self-raising flour, protein and baking powder, continue to blend.
3. Line a baking tin with baking paper. Pour batter into the tin and bake for approx. 30 minutes, until golden on top.
4. Remove tin from oven and leave to cool for 15 minutes with the protein banana bread still inside the tray.
5. Transfer to a cooling rack. Slice and serve with butter.
Salted Caramel with Nutella Protein Balls
Method:
1. In a blender combine all ingredients besides water until smooth.
2. Add water as needed to combine.
3. Roll into balls.
