"I bought this to give it a try for work, directions says to use 1scoop in 400ml of water, I have a 1. 5L bottle that I put 1 scoop in and mix it up, through out the day I will drink it giving me that extra 20g of protein and all the other benefits as well, definitely makes a huge impact with fatigue and recovery while working and still have heaps of energy by the end of the shift. I recommend this product for those needing that extra support while working."
