Christmas Panna Cotta

Whip up a delightful treat with our BSc Low Carb Mousse Jelly Cups! Combine your favourite jelly flavours with creamy mousse for a delectable dessert experience. Follow simple steps to create layers of flavour, refrigerate until set, and top with optional whipped cream and lollies for added sweetness. Enjoy the perfect blend of textures and flavours in every spoonful!


  • 2 packets of jelly (we've chosen raspberry and lime)
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 4 scoops BSc Low Carb Mousse Dessert Powder
  • 300ml water (for the Mousse)
  • Optional toppings:
    • Whipped cream
    • Green and red lollies to top


  1. Empty jelly powder into a medium bowl. Pour in boiling water and whisk. Set aside to cool slightly. Repeat for the other flavour and colour.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the mousse according to the packet instructions.
  3. Combine mousse powder with the jelly and whisk until evenly combined.
  4. Divide the mixture evenly into 2 glasses and refrigerate until set (2-3 hours).
  5. Top with the other jelly flavour to create 2 layers.
  6. If desired, add whipped cream and fresh berries on top.
  7. Enjoy your delightful dessert!
