Lean 5 Collagen Banana Bread

Serves 10 Time 50 Minutes

Ingredients

2 cups gluten-free flour

1/4 cup Lean 5 Vanilla Protein

2 scoops Collagen Regenerate®

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup coconut sugar

1 bar Loving Earth Salted Caramel, chopped

3 ripe bananas

1/2 cup coconut oil

1/2 cup almond milk

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180 ℃ and line a loaf tin with non-stick paper.

2. Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

3. In a separate bowl, mash the banana, add all the wet ingredients. Pour this wet mixture into the dry and use a spatula to gently fold in the chopped Loving Earth Salted Caramel. Do not overmix.

4. Transfer the batter to the prepared tin.

5. Bake in the oven for 35-40 mins until a knife inserted comes out clean. Allow the bread to fully cool before cutting.
