Passion Protein Mousse
Serves 2 Time 15 Minutes
Ingredients
1 cup coconut yoghurt
1 tbsp clean vegan vanilla protein
1 serve SHRED ULTRA Passionfruit
2 fresh passionfruit
Squeeze of lemon
A handful of Farmer Jo Salted Caramel granola
Method
1. Mix coconut yoghurt, protein, SHRED and passionfruit pulp until a thick mousse has formed.
2. Layer in a jar, add more passionfruit and granola.
