HydroxyBurn Shred

Dissolve 5g (one level scoop) in 300 mL of water and drink.

  • Thermogenic: 1 scoop (5g) with 300 mL of water before breakfast and before lunch OR 2 scoops (10g) with 300-600ml of water before breakfast or lunch. 
  • Nootropic: 1 scoop (5g) with 300ml of water mid-morning and mid-afternoon OR  2 scoops (10g) with 300-600ml of water mid-morning and afternoon. 
  • Pre-workout: 2 scoops (10g) with 300-600ml of water 15-30min before your workout.

High Protein Powder

Add 40g (approximately 2 heaped scoops) to 250-350ml of cold water, milk or plant-based milk of your preference. Add it to your favourite ingredients for a supercharged protein smoothie. Get creative and use it for cooking, baking and various recipes to create high-protein snacks.

  • Pre-workout fuel: 2 scoops (40g) with water 60min before training.
  • Post-workout recovery: 2 scoops (40g) with water or milk (and milk alternatives) 15min after training.
  • Daily protein snack: 2 scoops (40g) with water, milk (and milk alternatives), smoothies or added to your favourite recipe to increase daily protein intake, and control hunger and cravings.

Creatine

Add 3g (one level teaspoon) to 300mL water and stir/shake. once a day.

  • Post-workout recovery: 3g with water, sports drink, juice, blended with fruits or protein shake straight after training or exercise.

High Protein Low Carb Protein Bar

  • Pre-workout fuel: 1 bar 30-60min before training.
  • Post-workout recovery: 1 bar 15min after training.
  • Daily protein snack: 1 bar for morning tea, afternoon tea or as a guilt-free dessert throughout the day to help control sugar cravings and increase your daily protein intake.
