Peanut Butter Protein Cookies
Serves 8-10 Time 20 Minutes
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of oat flour (blended oats)
1 cup natural peanut butter
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 tbsp Body Science Clean Vegan Protein Vanilla
3 tbsp almond milk
1/3 cup rolled oats
1 tsp baking soda
sprinkle of salt
Method
Add the peanut butter and coconut sugar to a bowl and mix till creamy.
Add in oat flour, Clean Vegan Protein Powder, baking soda, salt, and fold in rolled oats.
Roll dough into balls and place evenly onto the baking tray.
Flatten slightly and bake for 10-12 minutes at 180C.
