Peanut Butter Choc Protein Bites
Serves 20-25 bites Time 30 Minutes
Ingredients
1 cup almond meal
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup Body Science Clean Vegan Protein Chocolate
1 cup medjool dates, soaked
1 cup peanut butter, plus extra for finishes
Method
Blend soaked dates and peanut butter until a creamy paste forms.
Combine with dry ingredients in a mixing bowl until a crumbly mixture forms.
Roll into bite-sized balls, flatten slightly and add a tsp of peanut butter.
Chop up a Clean Bar and add the finishing touches, store in the fridge.
