Caramel Banana Bars

Serves 15-20 bars Time 20


1/2 cup oat flour
1/4 cup Clean Vegan Protein Salted Caramel
2 chopped Clean Vegan Bar - Banana Bread

1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup rice cereal
1/4 desiccated coconut
1/4 cup peanuts, chopped


1. Melt peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil in the microwave or pan
2. Stir in oat flour and protein till combined
3. Gently stir in rice cereal, coconut, peanuts and clean vegan bar
4. Press into a square pan with baking paper and place in the fridge till set
5. Slice and enjoy!
