The only exception is Triandrobol, which may benefit from occasional cycling to optimise results and avoid adaptation over time.
It's important to note that your body performs best when it’s used to what you’ve been training with. Essentially, you are training your nutrition around your physical training for game day.
That’s why we recommend using your supplement stack throughout training, not just on game day. This builds a reliable routine, reduces surprises, and helps ensure your energy, focus, and recovery are optimised when it matters most.
BCAAs (Branched-Chain Amino Acids) include three essential amino acids: leucine, isoleucine, and valine. These play a direct role in muscle protein synthesis, energy production, and reducing exercise-induced muscle breakdown. They’re especially popular for their fast absorption and support during intra-workout performance.
EAAs (Essential Amino Acids), on the other hand, include all nine amino acids the body cannot produce on its own - including the three BCAAs. EAAs support not just muscle recovery, but also tissue repair, hormone production, immune function, and overall protein synthesis more comprehensively.
