Choc Berry Pancake Cereal
Serves 1 Time 15 Minutes
Ingredients
1/4 cup Clean Vegan Protein Chocolate Caramel
3/4 cup buckwheat flour
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp baking powder
Sprinkle of salt
Method
1. Add flour, Clean Vegan Protein, baking powder, baking soda and salt into a bowl. Whisk well.
2. Pour in liquid and whisk until a smooth batter forms.
3. Pipe into small drops on a heated pan.
4. Cook until bubbles form and flip. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
5. Add into a bowl and add fresh berries or your favourite toppings and enjoy!
