Choc Hazelnut Coconut Protein Slice
Serves 8 Slices Time 25 Minutes
Ingredients
1/4 cup Clean Vegan Protein Chocolate Caramel
1/2 cup hazelnut meal
1/2 cup oat flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup Mayvers peanut butter
1/4 cup 99th choc hazelnut butter
1/4 cup liquid sweetener
Toppings
Clean Bar Choc Lamington - Chopped
1/2 cup hazelnut meal
Coconut yoghurt
99th choc hazelnut butter
Hey Tiger Co Hazelnut Choc
Sprinkle of peanuts
Cacao powder
Method
1. Stir peanut butter, spread and liquid sweetener in a bowl until thick paste forms.
2. Stir in oat flour, coconut flour and protein till combined.
3. Gently stir in chopped chocolate.
4. Press into a square pan with baking paper and place in the fridge until set.
5. Before serving, top with coconut yoghurt, chocolate chunks and a chopped up clean bar. Sprinkle with cacao and peanuts.
6. Slice and enjoy!
