This blend is built for athletes and active people who want steady muscle and nerve support, without messy extras.It combines magnesium citrate, magnesium amino acid chelate, and magnesium glycinate dihydrate to support healthy muscle function, nervous system health, and normal neuromuscular function. It also helps reduce and relieve muscle cramps when dietary magnesium is inadequate. A 1000 IU dose of vitamin D3 helps maintain vitamin D levels, supports calcium absorption, and supports bone health, bone strength, mineralisation, and density, alongside healthy immune system function.
