  • Whey Protein Powder: Provides essential amino acids to support muscle growth, repair, and maintenance. It delivers the necessary protein to fuel recovery and prevent muscle breakdown.
  • EAAs + Hydration Mix: Supplies all nine essential amino acids to enhance muscle repair while replenishing lost electrolytes for sustained hydration and endurance. This keeps muscles functioning optimally, especially during intense training.

This bundle pack includes:

Mix 10 g (1 heaped scoop) with 300ml cold water 15 to 30 minutes pre-training.  

Mix 1 heaped scoop (6g serve) in 400-600ml water, take during exercise.

Post-workout recovery: 1 scoop (40 g) with water or milk (and milk alternatives) 15min after training.

Daily protein snack: 1 scoop (40 g) with water, milk (and milk alternatives), smoothies or added to your favourite recipe to increase daily protein intake, and control hunger and cravings.
